Deep and lasting friendships grow out the study of God’s Word; that’s what is

so compelling about our 9:30am Bible study groups. We have classes for all

age groups. Pick the one below that most fits your needs. There are several

adult classes to choose from. May God bless you abundantly as you build your

life on His eternal Word.

Welcome to the Milton Church! We are blessed to have several of the

Adventist World Radio team here with us today. Despite turmoil in the

world and sometimes in our own lives, God is at work. You will be

encouraged and inspired when you hear stories of the amazing things that

MILTON-STATELINE ADVENTIST SCHOOL We invite you to join us for our weekly chapel on Fridays 8:30 am to

9:00 am in our gymnasium.

BIBLE TRANSLATION BANQUET, Saturday, October 27, 7:00pm at the

Courtyard by Marriott. Hear how the Wycliffe Associates are helping to accelerate

bringing God’s word to the heart language of many people groups. For

WALLA WALLA VALLEY ACADEMY

WWVA Drama Presents: William Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night Abridged by

Jonny Flood. Saturday, October 27 at 7 pm and Sunday October 28 at 2 pm on

the Donnie Rigby Stage (Black Box). Walla Walla University. 4th and Davis in

College Place. Tickets: $10 for Adults; $5 for Students available at WWVA

beginning October 22. On November 4 at 2 pm there will be a matinee at the Gesa

Power House Theatre. 111th 6th Avenue in Walla Walla. Tickets are $10 and are

available online at phew.com or at the box office the day of the show.

ATTENTION LADIES! The “Church Women United World Community Day” will be meeting in our

Fellowship Hall on Thursday, November 1, at 1:30pm. This gathering includes

all the ladies from our local community churches. Refreshments will be provided.

The Denominational Retired Workers’ first potluck and program for fall 2018 will

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD - OCTOBER During October we are collecting “washcloths” for OCC Shoe boxes.

Please bring them to the church foyer and put them into the trunk which

is sitting on the table in the Ministry Nook.

warriors who will take your concerns and bring them to the Lord.

ACS/THRIFT STORE JOB OPENING The Milton SDA Church is looking to hire a dedicated person to

manage the Adventist Community Center Thrift Store in Milton-

Freewater, OR. It is a paid position and a ministry of the Milton

Church. Applicants may request a copy of the job description and

submit their resume at the Milton Church Office. They will go through an

MILTON CHURCH SOCIAL Put on your boots and mosey on over to the Fellowship Hall. We will

have vespers, a hayride, and dinner on October 27, 5:00pm. Be sure

and wear your cowboy hats and western attire and bring a metal pie

plate to eat out of. Fun for the whole family!

They’ll sit in on a family’s Thanksgiving dinner and see who missed out on

what this holiday is all about.

Giving at Milton

As part of our commitment to praise God, we receive a love

offering during the morning worship service. When we

return the Tithe to God we proclaim our dependence and

trust in Him. God invites us in Malachi 3:6-12 to return “all

the tithes to the storehouse.”
