Global Focus Week (GFW) is a semi-annual event aimed at raising global awareness among Liberty University students, faculty, and staff. Throughout GFW, 14,000+ residential students at Liberty University have the opportunity to hear from globally influential Convocation guests, connect with global workers, experience a variety of cultures, and participate in interactive events.

PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIESWe hope that your organization will consider utilizing Global Focus Week as a way to grow the reach of your organization and gain access to Liberty students. Detailed in this literature are ways your organization can utilize established lines of communication to interact with our residential student body, alumni and associates; outside of just a vendor booth.

GLOBAL FOCUS WEEK PASS Estimated Value: $175 per PersonA Global Focus Week Pass will include admission to all sessions, campus parking*, WiFi, Welcome Meal, and access to recreational facilities around campus*.

8’ X 10’ BOOTH - BRONZE (Moderate Traffic) Estimated Value: $300Housed in the JFL Upper and Lower Atrium, this bronze section is a key location for students to congregate throughout the day. The multi-leveled Library, central to campus, provides space to meet with students for lunch or coffee, and provides a key entry-point for any student walking into the Library seeking to study. This is certainly recommended as an affordable option for your organization while still allowing for student interaction.

8’ X 10’ BOOTH - SILVER (Moderate-High Traffic)Estimated Value: $525This Silver option enables you more interaction with student life. The 2nd Floor Student Union is a general location where students congregate for lunches, study, and relaxation. Several of our events throughout GFW will be on the 2nd floor in the Office of Equity and Inclusion, which will provide a considerable amount of student traffic as these events are central to

8’ X 10’ BOOTH - GOLD (Heavy Traffic)Estimated Value: $750This Gold location serves as the highest trafficked and engaged area. This is the 1st floor of the Student Union. Packed next to several popular dining areas [Argo Tea, Star Ginger, and Woodfire Pizza Co.], and the central hub for student engagement. This location is worth the time and money spent! Most sponsorships and high caliber organizations find this to be a location that has multiple touchpoints throughout the week. FULL PAGE IN GFW PASSPORT - PASSPORT TRIP GIVEAWAY Estimated Value: $2,700At every GFW, 12,000+ “Passports” are printed and made available to our entire student body that are a point of reference for our students to be informed about all that is offered to them at GFW. Included in this passport is a schedule of events, a map of where GFW events are located around campus and passport pages for students to have stamped by vendors in order to register for a free international trip with LU Send (the University’s student travel office). The passport is given to every residential student and is referenced from stage at Convocation (a mandatory weekly gathering for all residential students). This year we are making full pages in our passport available to vendors to communicate with students.

BRANDED EVENT *Estimated Value: $10,000LU Serve Intl. will work with your organization to create an interactive branded event during GFW, in order to expose students to your organization and all applicable opportunities to serve and work globally. Your organization will work with LU Serve Intl. staff to coordinate all appropriate speakers, festivities, etc. in order to engage students on-campus with all appropriate content, cultural experiences, and opportunities.

TEXT MESSAGE TO THE CONVOCATION TEXT LISTEstimated Value: $15,000The Office of Spiritual Development has the ability to send a text message to 10,000+ current Liberty University students, alumni and associates. Throughout the school year we do this weekly to keep our student body in the know about events going on around campus. Text messages offer a 95% read-rate and the ability to send a link to information online. This year we are making our text message list available to GFW vendors to communicate with students, alumni and associates of Liberty University.

01:00 ANNOUNCEMENT IN CONVOCATIONEstimated Value: $2,500At each Global Focus Week Convocation, 2-3 announcements are made from stage during the program. These announcements reach the 12,000+ students in the room as well as our online audience, which averages about 28,500+ impressions per broadcast. This year we are offering 60 second announcements for GFW vendors to communicate with students, alumni and associates of Liberty University.

03:00 MINUTE STAGE TIME AT CONVOCATIONEstimated Value: $5,000This year we are offering 3 minutes of stage time at Convocation for GFW vendors to communicate with students, alumni, and associates of Liberty University. This stage time will reach the 12,000+ students in the room as well as our online audience, which averages about 28,500+ impressions per broadcast.

STUDENT BRANDED TRIP * Estimated Value: $500/participant based upon negotiated subsidyLiberty will coordinate a 9-11 day student trip where 50 students will travel to a specific country

identified by your team. The purpose is for these students to engage in academics and culture so that they will identify internship and study abroad opportunities that would lead to long-term investment to that country.

% FOR EARMARKED STUDENT TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIPSEstimated Value: NegotiableAs a trusted partner, our team understands there are certain locations and programs which you may want our students to travel to. Our students are eager to travel, though many are unable to afford such opportunities. Because of this, we are happy to accommodate any funds you wish to designate for student travel. We are also willing to negotiate a percentage of your GFW sponsorship to be earmarked for travel subsidies to your particular locations/programs. Please inquire for more details.

LU will coordinate a 7-10 day familiarization trip where 10-15 key faculty members travel to a country identified by your team. The purpose is for these faculty members to identify specific short-term, internship, and study abroad opportunities that would lead to long-term investment by LU students.

CO-BRANDED VIDEO IN COUNTRYEstimated Value: $2,500 + Applicable Travel Expenses (Hotel, Per Diem, Transportation & Travel)A member of the OSD Creative Team will travel on a student or faculty branded trip in order to document and create a 3-7-minute, video to be used for promotion or documentation by your organization. The OSD Creative team member will work with your team in conjunction with The Office of Spiritual Development at Liberty University to script, storyboard, film and execute the co-branded video.

During this meal/meet you will be able to interact and dialogue with our Sr. VP and/or VP and other key leaders to understand more of their vision and role at Liberty University. This will allow for your team to make key connections to promote and grow your organization on Liberty’s campus through this exclusive and unique opportunity.

INSTAGRAM STORIESEstimated Value: $150Liberty OSD’s Instagram stories are an effective way to communicate a message directly to residential Liberty Students. Each video can be 15 seconds long, will be hosted on Liberty OSD’s Instagram story for 24-hours during Global Focus Week, and can be coupled with a hyperlink to one of your organization’s web pages using the swipe-up feature.

VIDEO POST ON OSD SOCIAL MEDIA NEWSFEED Estimated Value: $200 / VideoThroughout GFW, the Office of Spiritual Development will be posting information on its Facebook page (www.facebook.com/libertyosd) in order to drive traffic to GFW. The Liberty OSD Facebook page has 19,000+ followers, the majority of which are current students, alumni, and associates of Liberty University. Each video post that Liberty OSD makes has a projected potential impression of 2000+ of these followers. This year we are making posts

CONVOCATION LIVE FEED LOWER THIRDEstimated Value: $2,800Each Convocation is broadcast on Facebook Live to our online audience, which averages about 28,500+ impressions per broadcast. This year we are offering ad space at the bottom of our broadcast that will air for the entire broadcast at each of our Convocations during Global Focus week. We are making this space available for GFW vendors to communicate with students, alumni, and associates of Liberty University.
