The new Cobra Commander has made his first moveall-out invasion
ofthe Southeast Asian nation of Nanzhao, a center of the worldwide
drugtrade. As the worlds eyes turn toward the attack, G.I. Joe
moves in totry and stop the invasion and they soon realize Cobras
goals arentoccupationbut annihilation!
Cobra lays waste to Nanzhaos opium fields, as well as to the
U.N.troops directing the civilian evacuation. Chaos reigns as
Baronessunder orders from the Commandermassacres Cobra High
Command,and Destro prepares a nuclear payload. Meanwhile, the Joes
on theground regroup
