    I.2 NGUON THE

    Mot nguon the DC cung cap mot the tren tai khong oi oi vi cac ien

    tr tai khac nhau. Nguon dong DC tao ra mot dong tai la hang so oi vi cacien tr khac nhau. V du mot nguon dong ly tng la mot acqui co ien trtrong rat ln nh hnh 1-3.

    Chng IIDIODE BAN DAN VA MACH DIODE

    II.1 CAC LOAI CHAT BAN DANTheo tnh chat dan ien, co 3 loai vat chat: Chat dan ien Chat khong dan ien (ien moi) Chat ban danTrong chat dan ien thng ch co 1 electron vung hoa tr, trong khi

    II.2 TIEP XUC PN

    II.3 DIODE BAN DAN CO PHAN CC

    Hnh 2-2a cho thay ky hieu cua mot diode. Ben ban dan P goi la Anode(ky hieu la A), ben ban dan N goi la Cathode (ky hieu la K). Tren s o ngita ky hieu diode nh mot mui ten ch t P sang N hay t Anode sang Cathode.

    II.4 DIODE LY TNG

    Hnh 2-4 cho thay gian o dong the cua mot diode trong vung phan ccthuan. Lu y rang dong qua diode xap x bang 0 cho en khi the tren diodeat ti gia tr hang rao the. Trong vung lan can 0.6V en 0.7V dong qua diodetang. Khi the tren diode ln hn 0.8V dong qua diode tang rat manh va o thla ng thang.
