Doon Institute is entering into the process of admissions for the new
academic session. During a short span of 9 years, the Institute has
shaped into a full grown, mature and responsible organisation. lt has
carved a niche for itself in the professional education fraternity of the
region.
Management and technological education is at the threshold of entering
into a new phase. Emergence of global citizens, e-business, re-
engineering concepts and evolution of education over the years have
served as a catalyst to mould the professional education system into a
new frame.
The responsibilities of institutes in India have increased. Besides training
young professionals to meet the above challenges, the Indian corporate
ethos are also to be kept in mind. I am very confident to assure the
prospective entrants to this Institute that we are determined to respond to
the expectations of the society and the industry in a perfect and
organised way. Our faculty shall leave no stone unturned to help the
students to develop into right thinking, full grown, mature and responsible
corporate citizens. l am proud to reassert that our alumni have proved
themselves worthy of expectations of the corporate world and have kept
our head high. l welcome you to the Institute and wish you all the very best

Academics And PedagogyThough theoretical inputs are essential to any educational programme, our stress is on the overall development of the individual. Now a days, technological changes and innovations are fast transforming the very basis of the concept of technical education.Today, what one needs is the skill to manage technical and managerial resources efficiently. In order to make the learning process highly integrated, the syllabus is reviewed and analysed periodically to be in sync with the latest issues.
Case Study : The Simulation MethodOur Institutes bring complex realities of today's technology into the classroom through the powerful medium of case studies; both real and simulated. It is an interactive process which stimulates the expertise and hidden potential of budding technocrats making them more confident to deal with practical problems of the corporate world. We have undertaken the task of developing comprehensive case studies in fundamental and functional management and technical areas.
Teaching AidsLecture sessions are conducted with the help of modern teaching aids. Our Institutes are well equipped with LCD projectors, project slides, educational audio video cassettes, CDs, TVs and other gadgets that are essential for any first rate professional technical institute.
