Orders are accepted up until the second day of sailing (Except Flowers and Wine & Dine packages). Orders are delivered on boarding day by 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise requested (except Wine & Dine packages and floral arrangements-which are only delivered on boarding day). Please note that orders accepted after the cut-off times below will be delivered on the third day of sailing.

If the cut-off day falls on a federal US or company holiday, the cutoff day is moved to the day before. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Late orders are subject to a $10.00 late order fee.
