Given the name because of the abundant black corals divers can come

across on this diving site. Very different from other diving site because of its

unique black corals concentration and sometimes divers can come across

hammerhead sharks, sting rays, tuna and barracudas.

Nice diving site with a little bit of current sometimes. The current bring spe-

cies like sting rays, white tip shark, etc. Divers have the sensation of diving

on the moon with the reefs like mountains on every side.

ter to many marine species such as the stone fish, green turtle, lion fish and

Old Mauritian fishing vessel sank on Gunners Coin island for the purpose of

artificial reef. It is the only wreck in the area and offers a variety of living

marine creatures as it is near the confetti bay. The wreck is about 50m long

and 8m wide.

as the water was not deep enough. Water lilly was doing the same but only

for water. Emily was sunk with dynamite and is partly broken at the back.

mentor and friend of Gooskhan Aktarkhan. The site was discovered 7 years ago

while doing a drift dive.

Very nice diving site with an arch and several coral patches perpendicular to

the beach separated by white sandy beach where we can can across sting ray,

A very old dive site known with an old anchor about 4m, dated from the

18th century, stuck in the reef and covered mostly by corals and sea fans.

Most divers know only a part of this wonderful site, only a few divers know

Stunning shallow dive, very interesting for night dives where divers can see

The wreck is 50m long, 9m wide and lies on a depth of 44m. In front of the

wreck there is a nice deep reef and all round a white sandy bank followed

with a 60m drop.

Old Japanese fishing vessel sank for making artificial reef. It is 48m long and

8m wide. In the wreck lives two giant Javanese moray eels, very impressive

but not aggressive as you can see in the photo below.

Stunning dive site with two splendid drops covered with black corals and gi-

ant sea fans. With the help of some currents divers can come across big fish-

A stunning 32 meters wall along the foot of Gunners Coin island. Lots of op-

portunities to come across school of jack fish and tunas. Along the drop you

can see a nice case as in the picture below where you can get in and out safe-

ly.

A stunning drop which starts at 35 meters and below to more than 65 meters

deep. The site has a plateau at 35 meters deep and across the drop around 40
