Equipped with the respective filling station, the GKF 2600 series achieves precise filling results for pasty to sticky powders, as well as for liquid products. We will be happy to develop an individual solution for your products and product combinations regardless of their flow properties.
Powder/pelletsThe dosing station with patented slidegate technology is suited for filling powders or pellets. While the proven tamping pin principle is used for powder, pellets are filled via a fixed or height-adjustable dosing disc.
Micro dosingHighly precise dosing of smallest quantities via dosing wheel, e.g. for inhalation products.
Pellets The pellet station offers gentle filling and is also available as height- adjustable version.
(Micro) TabletsThe tablet station enables you to precisely fill a defined number of tablets.
LiquidsFrom waxy to liquid products the liquid pump with integrated drip protection ensures reliable and precise filling operations.

X-ray inspection technology as stand-alone unit or integrated into GKF
Safety is top priority for products and operatorsThe KKX 3900 is based on x-ray technology. According to an independent study, x-radiation has no impact on light-sensitive active ingredients.
The inspection unit is designed for 100% weight and quality control of filled capsules. The KKX 3900 as stand-alone version can be optimally combined with the GKF 2600. Alternatively you receive an integrated system*, where the in-process control based on x-ray technology takes place within the GKF 2600. Profit from the simultaneous inspection of all quality features for highly efficient results.
The radiation dose is approx. 5,000 times lower than the German pharmaceuticals regulation permits. The control unit itself is designed as full-protection device, so that operating staff is not exposed to any health impairments.
