Mr West is having a fabulous time overseas and sends his best wishes to all to have a wonderful start to the term. And what a super start we have had! We are driven to make a positive difference to each and every student. So ahead of us is another action packed term. Can I please ask you to think about the following points: - Ensure your child is wearing the correct school uniform. With this chilly weather upon us please promote the wearing of jackets, beanies and gloves for outdoor play. - Drive cautiously around our school and ensure you park legally. Please remember parents are not to enter the school car park between 8.15 and 4.00pm unless they are helping at the school. There is a large sign at the entrance of the car park displaying these times so there should be no excuses for not following the rules. - Use the four Fish Philosophy Principles in all that you do. Ask your child what they are and how they can be used to make a difference. - This term you will be hearing the children talk a lot about ‘The 6C’s’. Please take the time to ask your child(ren) what they are. Research shows that the capacity a child has in each of the six areas will help drive their success in their future years. - If you walk into the school grounds and see litter on the ground would you please do ‘The Litter Dip’, pick the paper up and put it in the bin. Woolworths Earn & Learn 2015

Dear Parents,

This year we will be participating in the Woolworths Earn & Learn program. Through this program we will be able to get new educational resources for our school/early learning centre – and all we need you to do is shop for your groceries at Woolworths.

From Wednesday 15th July to Tuesday 8th September, we are collecting Woolworths Earn & Learn Stickers. You will get one Woolworths Earn & Learn Sticker for every $10 spent (excluding liquor, tobacco and gift cards). Place the Woolworths Earn & Learn Sticker onto a Woolworths Earn & Learn Sticker Sheet and when it’s complete, the Sticker Sheet can be dropped into the Collection Box here at the school or at your local Woolworths. At the end of the promotion, we’ll be able to get some great new equipment. The range is extensive and offers lots of items ideal for our students – including resources for Maths, English, Science and some fantastic fun supplies for Arts & Craft, Sport and for our library.
