The High Value Media Division has leading edge digital print technology and offers the highest quality print our marketing teams and clients demand. Our end-to-end capabilities allow us to receive, design, personalize, print, assemble and ship. This is done within your budget and before your deadline.
Our Xerox iGen4 digital print devices and digital print operators are GRACoL 7 Certified. This means we produce the best-possible color in the digital print market.

The High Value Media Division uses Premedia tools such as XMPie for personalized data and large variable print documents, the Adobe Creative Suite, QuarkXpress for document building and color correction. Our services are available through WebCRD for online ordering of your print product.

Binding, Laminating, Hole Punching and Stapling—techniques that
provide an inexhaustible number of options, giving your document
the perfect finish.
Our technology can combine color and black and white documents, and produce
print on demand books, catalogs, brochures, direct mail, inserts and fliers
with brilliant graphic arts quality.
Document ProductionPrinting and Finishing
LaminatingInstant durability. A strong water-resistant coating that bonds well to our digital papers.
Hole Punching/DrillingRing binders are a widely used resource, and so hole punching and drilling is a useful finishing option to provide.
Wire BindingIdeal for elegant, durable presentation documents.
Clear Coat StaplingFollowing the output of low page count documents, stapling will probably always be the most economical and speedy form of binding.
Plastic Comb BindingA functional binding option, ideally suited to classic business presentations and/or archive documents.

We began focusing on sustainability nearly 40 years ago.
Environmental Sustainability
As a corporate citizen doing business on this planet, we share in a crucial legacy – sustaining the Earth’s precious resources for future generations.
We see sustainability not as a cost of doing business but as the way we do business. Our goal is very clear: to nurture a greener world through sustainable innovation and development.
To intensify our impact we engage our suppliers, our customers, our employees and other key stakeholders.
We began to focus on sustainability nearly 40 years ago. We brought to the market some practices that are now commonplace: two-sided copying, print-on demand, toner cartridges and their recyclability, recycled xerographic paper and green standards for our paper suppliers. In 2008, we launched High Yield Business Paper in North America— a paper that uses 50% fewer trees and is produced using hydroelectricity.
Xerox’s FSC certification – SW-COC-002570 – was awarded by the Rainforest Alliance, an international non-profit conservation organisation that is the world’s leading FSC certifier of forestlands.
FSC certification ensures responsible use of forest resources and is the Global Benchmark for Responsible Forest Management. PEFC certification was awarded by certifiers NEPCon and BMG Trada Certifiering.
The scope of our multi-site certification contains the largest number of countries certified in one audit effort. But we are still pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Our customers are asking how our papers can fit their strategies for environmental sustainability. They want to show commitment by recycling paper and consumables. Stakeholders around the globe are asking how we contribute to the research and understanding about the forests we use for our paper products. We can answer with innovative products and processes.
We are proud to be part of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). Our partnership with The Nature Conservancy has been praised for the research and education that it is enabling.
In short, we want to show how we improve the world through our work. State our goals, document our progress, provide examples of our sustainable behavior and raise the bar through education and research. There really is no end point—just continual improvement.

We understand that people’s knowledge of the print process does not need to be extensive. That’s for us…the experts. However, you may find yourself from time-to-time requiring information on, for example, paper and envelope sizes or perhaps are just curious to know exactly what pagination is.
