    Question-

    Make a Research plan to explore market potential and consumer behavior

    for an Indian herbal fairness cream/ Indian herbal hair conditioner for the middle-

    east countries, consider the various parts of international marketing research

    while formulating a plan.

    Answer-

    First of all I want to highlight all the countries which falls under middle-east

    countries with all its language, caste, currency etc.

    Countries Language Caste Currency

    Qatar, Saudi

    Arebia, turkey,

    Climatic Condition:

    The climate of Middle East countries can be adequately summarized as hot

    and dry summer and humid and rainy winter. For example, Ankara a place in

    Turkey experiences extreme temperatures such as 32F in winter months and73F in the summer months.

    There are large dessert areas in Middle East. The rate of precipitation is very low.

    Due to the virtual absence of water bodies, the air that blows over these areas is

    dry and fails to bring rain along with it. Whatever rain is received by these

    countries, it mainly falls along the coastal areas and between the months of

    March and May. Hence, Middle East Countries are influenced by very high

    temperatures. Also, the coastal areas are marked with high level of humidity.

    Summer which commence in June and lasts till August are intensely heated upand are the driest part of the year. Hot currents blows over the land that have

    been proved to be bad for health. Winter is short and calm. The temperature

    slightly decreases during the winter seasons which extend from December to

    February. But the winters experience heavy rainfall. Lowland areas such as

    Arabian Peninsula and Egypt experience moderate winters but extreme summer

    conditions.

    Rainfall in Middle East

    Rain is a rare aspect in the weather of Middle East. It is so less that places like

    along the Caspian Sea coast receives 2000mm of rainfall which supposedly known

    to receive the highest amount of rain in Middle East.

    After this we will jump to another aspect i.e. penetrating any brand in an

    international market. This point reflects the process by which any owner come to

    know about the process adoption. Below I am mentioning the process diagram tomake easier to understand.

    two concepts i.e. (i) Cosmaceutical (ii) Neutraceutical. Cosmaceutical is current of

    the life and Neutraceutical is the care of the life. Our Aloevera Cosmaceutical

    products give treatment, care and cosmetic effect along with the complete care

    to the body internally as well as externally.

    ReasonBehind Launching

    We want to capture the Middle east market thats why we start with the

    small segment .

    The citizens in middle east country have more skin burn problems.

    They consume huge amount of junk food, so they face problems of

    digestion. As Aloe Vera helps in curing digestive problem. Hence it has good

    market over there.

    There is no major competitors against Aloe Vera product.

    Segmentation :-

    Segmentation will subsist a pivotal role in the success of

    products. So, we will launch all Aelo vara product in the top 10 major cities.

    Targeting :-

    All Aloe vera products has its own targeting customer like:-

    Aloe Vera Gel for Children & youth. Aloe Vera Juice For Diabetics patient And

    other abdomen problems. Aloe Vera Skin care Products Women youth.

    Positioning :-

    Our products unique selling proposition is that all products

    have multipurpose and take in different-different uses. But still by advertisement

    and publication we have to create a strong and robust mindset among thecustomers

    Product is the most crucial element of companies

    marketing program thats why we will cope-with cost of the product, the modest

    and unique labeling instructions that need to be on the product.

    Place:-

    Place is the factor we are to choose how the products will

    reach from manufacturers inventory to the end users. To reach at right time andright place to decide the means of distribution channel.

    Price:-

    While launching the product, price is the must considered

    factor. Our products pricing objective is to capture the maximum share of market.

    We will choose Penetration Strategy and customer based pricing approach.

    Promotion:-

    One of the strongest tool of promotion is advertising. We

    can promote our product through product advertisement, corporate advertising,

    and through social advertising will increase customer awareness and also support

    the functioning of sales and marketing.

    As a conclusion its not conclusion in slides but in our learning .We both the group-mates learned the launching process of any product.

    The particular product from home country to host country helps us to know the

    other things to be considered while making project.
