Account Creation, Update and Account Set-up
How to Register for a New Go-easel 2 Account Below are the steps to register for a Go-easel 2 account:
1. Go to https://www.go-easel.com.sg/customer/account/create/ and fill out the form provided. This account is your parent account. Please take note to register an active email address to receive latest news and releases about the Go-easel 2 application. Also, system generated emails, such as the password reminder, will be sent to the email address you have provided.
2. Agree to Terms & Conditions by ticking the checkbox.
3. Click “Register” button to proceed. You will then be directed to your “My Dashboard” page after a successful registration.
How to Update Your Go-easel 2 Parent Account Below are the steps to update your Go-easel 2 account:
1. Once you are logged in to your account, from the upper-right corner, you will see your name beside the cart icon.
2. Click on your name and a drop-down menu will appear.

3. Click on “My Account”. From here you can update your account basic information. This includes your contact information. Note that address is required especially for customers that are not located in Singapore.
4. From here, you could also view order information of all the purchases you have made online, from the Go-easel 2 web store at https://www.go-easel.com.sg/bookstore. Click on “My Orders” to view.
How to Create Child Account Below are the steps to create your Go-easel 2 child account:
1. From your parent account, click again your name to show the drop-down menu.
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. The first section of the Settings page is the “Child Accounts”. Click on “Add Child”.
4. Fill out the child account creation form.
5. Click on “Save” button.
How to Update Child Account Information Below are the steps to update your Go-easel 2 child account:
1. In the “Settings” page, in the “Child Accounts” section, click on “Update” button next to the child account you want to update.
2. Update child information and click on “Save”.

How to Allocate Book to a Child Account Below are the steps to allocate books to the child account:
1. From your parent account, click on the “Bookshelf” menu on top navigation.
2. Click on “Allocate Books” just below the dropdown boxes.
3. On the book allocation page, select which child you want to assign the book, from the dropdown box next to “Allocate to:”.
4. Select the book you want to allocate to the selected child.
5. Click on “Save” to save the changes.
Tablet Application Downloading & Log in
How to Download & Set-up Go-easel 2 App – Android Below are the steps to download and install the Go-easel 2 application on an Android tablet:
1. On your Android tablet, launch Google Play Store.
2. Search for the “Go-easel 2” application and download.
3. Once successfully downloaded, launch the Go-easel application by tapping on “OPEN” button.
4. Go-easel 2 Login page will be loaded. Log in using the child account user name and password. In the new Go-easel 2 tablet application, unlike the old Go-easel 2 application, only child account login is required once app is launched. The parent account login will only be needed in the application’s “Settings” tab. This will be discussed further in this manual.
5. By default, the “My Dashboard” menu is opened. From here you will see the list of worksheets with ongoing attempts, and the recent activities the child has done, specifically, the child’s completed & marked attempt.
6. Tap on the list icon = located on the upper-left corner of the application and a drawer menu will expand.
7. From the drawer menu, tap on “My Books”. The drawer menu will collapse and will load the child’s bookshelf.

8. Download all the books assigned to the child by tapping on “Download” button. From here, you can now view the books by tapping on the book image.
How to Download & Set-up Go-easel 2 App – iPad Below are the steps to download and install the Go-easel 2 application on an iPad:
1. On your iPad, launch App Store.
2. Search for the “Go-easel 2” application and download.
3. Once successfully downloaded, launch the Go-easel application by tapping on “OPEN” button.
4. Go-easel 2 Login page will be loaded. Log in using the child account user name and password. In the new Go-easel 2 tablet application, unlike the old Go-easel 2 application, only child account login is required once app is launched. The parent account login will only be needed in the application’s “Settings” tab. This will be discussed further in this manual.
5. By default, the “My Dashboard” tab is opened. From here you will see the list of worksheets with ongoing attempts, and the recent activities the child has done, specifically, the child’s completed & marked attempt.
6. Tap on “My Books” tab to view the list of books assigned to the child.
7. Download all the books assigned to the child by tapping on “Download” button (cloud icon). From here, you can now view the books by tapping on the book image.
Attempting a Worksheet
How to Start an Attempt Below are the steps to start a worksheet attempt:
1. Under “My Books” menu (For the web, “My Books” menu is located on the top navigation. For Android tablet application, tap on the icon on the upper-left corner, a drawer menu slides out, and you can tap on “My Books”. For iPad, just tap on “My Books” menu at the bottom tab menu.), select and click on the book you want to attempt.
2. You will now be directed to the Table of Contents page. From here, choose the worksheet you want to attempt.
3. If you are attempting from the web, a “Start” popover will show, and you can tap on it to proceed. For iPad & Android tablet app, tapping on the worksheet name row will open directly the worksheet page and timer will start running.
How to End an Attempt Below are the steps to end a worksheet attempt:
1. Once child finished attempting the worksheet, tap on the “Stop Paper” located on the upper-right corner of the worksheet page.
2. This will automatically mark the worksheet the child has attempted.

How to Use the Drawing Tool There will be books with problem sums or questions that will ask you to draw. Below are the steps on how to use the drawing tool:
1. Tap on the drawing button just beside the question number to open the drawing panel.
2. The drawing panel will open.
3. Tap on header of which tool you want to use.
4. Use the following buttons to Undo, Redo or Clear your drawing.
5. Click or tap on the following buttons, located just on top of the worksheet page, if you want to save your drawing, or close the drawing tool without saving.
How to Use the Extended Keyboard Tool There are special characters and symbols, especially for Mathematics, that are not available on the device keyboard (Android tablet or iPad or even on your computer). For these cases, you can use the extended keyboard tool. Below are the steps to use the extended keyboard tool:
1. On the left side of the worksheet pages, tap on the extended keyboard button
.
2. This will open the extended keyboard panel with all the extended keyboard tools. The tools are categorized in 3 tabs: Expressions, Symbols, and Chinese. Click on the symbol or expression button that you want to use.

3. Once you have clicked the button, for example you want to key in a fraction, a highlighted template will appear on the box at the bottom of the extended keyboard panel.
4. Once the template appears, key in the characters/numbers, and tap on “Insert” button. Once “Insert” button is clicked/tapped, the expression/symbol will appear in the answer box you have selected in the worksheet.

Viewing a Worksheet Attempt The are 3 ways to view a worksheet attempt, from the Table of Contents page, from the “My Results” page, and from the Book Report page.
How to View a Marked Attempt from the book Table of Contents Below are the steps to view the worksheet the child has attempted:
1. From the book Table of Contents page, tap on the worksheet name row the child has attempted. This will display a popover with the options “Redo” or “Past Attempts”.
2. Tap or click on the “Past Attempts”. This will direct to a page where the past attempts table is displayed.
3. Tap on the attempt that you want to view. This will load the worksheet pages with the model answers and marks.
How to View a Marked Attempt from My Results Page Below are the steps to view the worksheet the child has attempted from My Results page:
1. If you are viewing from your computer, click on the “My Results” on the top menu. If you are viewing from your iPad, tap “My Results” on the bottom

tab. If you are viewing from an Android tablet, tap on the icon located on the upper-left corner, and tap on “My Results” from the sliding drawer menu.
2. From the “My Results” page, tap on the record you want to view.
How to View a Marked Attempt from Book Report page Book Report page is an additional feature added only to the Go-easel tablet applications, both iPad & Android, meaning; only iPad & Android tablet version only have this option. Below are the steps to view the worksheet the child has attempted from Book Report page:
1. Go to the book Table of Contents and tap on “View Book Report” button located just below the book image.
2. The list of all the attempts done on the particular book you have selected will be displayed on the Book Report page. Tap on the attempt you want to view.
How to View Model Answers Below are the steps to view the child answers and the model answers:
1. Once you have opened the marked worksheet, tap on the answer key button
or on the answer box itself. For fill-in-the-blanks questions and MCQs, this will display a popover with the number of marks, the model answer, and if there is an image model answer. For comprehension type of questions and problem sums, this will display a pop up window with the child answer displayed first. And to view the model answer, you have to swipe to the direction going to the right, and this will slide the popup window and display the model answer.

Settings Page
How to Disable Answer View for Child Account and Notifications (Web) Parents will be notified when child attempts a worksheet. These notifications appear on the “My Dashboard” page of the parent account. Below are the steps on how to disable answer from being viewed by the child and notifications:
1. If you are using your computer, log in as parent and click on your name located on the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Click on “Settings”.
3. On the “Worksheet” section, slide the button to “OFF”.

How to Disable Answer View for Child Account and Notifications (iPad) Below are the steps on how to disable answer from being viewed by the child on your tablet:
1. Log in to the child account.
2. Tap on “Settings” at the bottom tab menu.
3. In the “General” menu, log in as parent, using your registered Go-easel email address.

4. Once logged in, slide the button to the left. This slide button should be white. Green indicates that the setting is enabled.
How to Disable Answer View for Child Account and Notifications (Android) Below are the steps on how to disable answer from being viewed by the child on your tablet:
1. Log in to the child account.
2. Tap on the list icon = located on the upper-left corner of the application and a drawer menu will expand.
3. Tap on “Settings”.
4. In the “General” menu, log in as parent, using your registered Go-easel email address.
5. Once logged in, slide the button to the left. This slide button should be white.

How to Delete Books from the Device Deleting books from the device doesn’t mean that the books will be removed from your account. It will only free a portion of the tablet memory that was allocated to the book. Below are the steps on how to delete books from the tablet:
1. From “Settings” -> “General” -> log in as parent. Tap on “Manage books”.
2. Tap on delete icon (trash bin icon).
3. Tap on “Yes” to confirm deletion of book. The book will be able to retrieve by downloading it again from the child bookshelf, or “My Books” page.
Viewing of Orders
How to View Your Order Viewing of orders and status of orders are only valid for purchases made online or from www.go-easel.com.sg. This can only be accessed when you log in as parent from the Go-easel 2 website. Below are the steps on how to view your orders:
1. Log in as parent on the Go-easel 2 website, and click on your name located on the upper-right corner of the page.
2. Click on “My Account”.
3. On the left menu, click on “My Orders”.

Redemption There will be promotions where you will receive cards or brochures with redemption codes. You can get the Go-easel copy of the book, once you key in the code to the redemption section of the Go-easel website. Below are the steps on how redeem books from the Go-easel website using redemption codes, based on your account status.
How to Redeem When You Don’t Have A Go-easel Account Yet
1. Click on the “Redemption” menu from the top navigation of the Go-easel website.
2. Click on “Register here”.

3. Fill out the registration form and click on “Register”.
4. Key in the code in the Redemption code box and key in the verification characters. Click on “Submit”.
5. Select the book to redeem by ticking on the check box and click “Submit”.
The book will automatically be added on the parent bookshelf.
6. You will be directed to a page where you will set up your child account. Fill out the form and click “Save”.
7. Select child to allocate book and click on “Submit”.

How to Redeem When You Already Have a Go-easel Parent Account, but No Child Account
1. You are either logged in or not logged in yet with your Go-easel parent account, which is the email address. There are 2 ways:
Log in to your account first,
and from the Go-easel home page, click “Redemption” and log in.
2. Key in the redemption code.
3. Select book by ticking, and click “Submit”.
4. Set up your child account by filling out the form and click “Save”.

5. Allocate books to the child by selecting child username from the dropdown and click ‘Submit”.
How to Redeem When You Already Have Both Go-easel Parent and Child Accounts
1. Log in to your parent account or go directly to “Redemption” menu on top of the page and log in to your parent account.
2. Key in the redemption code.
3. Select the book to redeem and click on “Submit”.
4. Allocate to child account and click on “Submit”.
