the 1 mile radius study area. 7.1% or 265 families live below the
poverty line. If we looked at a 2 mile radius we would find much
higher levels of poverty.

Parts of South Mpls are food deserts.

Homelessness Homelessness is a big issue in South Minneapolis
Hennepin County has about 4000 people experiencing homelessness on
any given night. 46% are children.

Affordable Housing Minneapolis has less than 2% vacancy.
