Monthly BN Hike: Kaena Point Hiking Trail POC: Amy Wolf [email protected]
Saturday’ September 18th and we will meet at the hike en-
trance at 9:30am. If you would like to follow Amy Wolf there
please meet at battalion at 9am. The hike is not stroller friendly
so if you have a carrier you will need to use it. Also bring plenty
of water, sunscreen, bathing suit if you want to swim and a
snack in case you get hungry. Also there are no bathrooms, so
make sure you go before you get there. It is a moderate hike,
good for beginners and it is about 2.5 miles each way, for a total
of about 5 miles. Just as a precaution, if you drive to the hike
make sure you do not leave any valuables in your car. Although
It is a safe place we don't want anyone to leave anything impor-
tant in your cars while they are unattended. If you can carpool
that is always great but not necessary. We hope to see you there!
