The Golden Keys to Achieving Ascension In This Lifetime

Learn to balance the feminine and masculine aspects of self. This is a prerequisite

for ascension.

Within the expression of creation there is the active and the passive, the movement and

the allowing, the yin and yang, the giver and receiver, the Father and the Mother. In our

world it is often symbolized by the Sun and the Earth. The energy of the sun and the

receptivity of the Earth allow for Creation. Without an impetus energy cannot expand,and without receptivity it has no canvas to land upon. Yes, the stroke of a brush filled

with color must have a canvas of some sort to express an idea or emotion, just as the

notes from a musical instrument need the air in order to be heard. Throughout everyaspect of our lives there is the masculine and feminine, the active and passive, working

together to facilitate the Creation. Like the fluid movement of a river needs the structure

of the riverbank in order to have direction, so too, we need to balance the aspects of self

for the highest expression of Love.

I recently posted a video on the Facebook page discussing the Eagle and the Condor - an

ancient indigenous story about the split between the head and the heart within

humankind. This is the opportunity for re-balancing,, which we are called to on our pathof ascension.

The relationship between the mind and the heart, the at-ONE-ment of thought and

emotion, are how we come to recognize the multidimensional aspects of Self. Without

the balance of these energies the personality remains bogged down in the duality ofseparation - feeling forsaken by life and forlorn from Love.

Ascension is a change of resonance. You are energy and a portion of that energy choose

to resonate at slower frequencies and to function in proximity to a form (your body). Inthe past, ascension meant leaving the relationship to the body and returning to the Light

essence. Now, we have created the opportunity for Heaven on Earth. This allows each of

us to make the transition to the higher frequency light forms while still in a relationship

with our bodies. It requires altering the composition of the energy field around the body.

As you make these choices, and take these actions, you become increasingly aware of

your Divine essence - of the multidimensional nature of Creation.

The personal energy field has points within it that serve different purposes in

keeping your essence in harmony with your form. There are what you might callmajor intersections and minor intersection. The major intersections are your

chakras, and if you have not already done so you will want to develop a relationship

with your chakra system.

The altering of the personal energy field is done through a direct relationship between the

mind and the heart, by developing a direct relationship between your thoughts and your

emotions. It is important to recognize when you are "thinking or conceptualizing" -vs-when you are "feeling and intuiting". The ideal is not to have one overpower the other,

but to use them in harmony - the way they were meant to operate.

When your soul self first chose to create the Earth playground and have this adventurewith a biological form, the mind was to be a tool of discernment, not a tool for decision

making. Over eons of time we have shifted our way of perceiving life and thus our way

of doing things. This needs to be corrected on an individual level as part of your personal

ascension. The heart center is where the Divine aspect of you resides within the personalenergy field.

Thoughts focus energy patterns and therefore cause points of perception and

affect creation. Emotions supercharge thoughts. Liken it to a generator - a wire wrapped

around a magnet - the more wrapped wire the stronger the power generated. The goal isto develop a clear path between the heart center and the higher mind - allowing your

choices to be made from the heart and executed through the mind. You want to "intuit"the most appropriate choice in any situation then "think" that choice into manifestation.Your actions will naturally follow in course, as you fully trust the "way" shown to you by

your vaster self.

If the masculine and feminine aspects are not in balance one of two things occurs; you

feel so much that you are paralyzed from acting, or you think so much you act withoutlistening to your intuition. Life feels arduous or meaningless, overwhelming or

uncooperative. To invoke the feeling of universal cooperation learn to balance the

energies between the heart center and the higher mind.

The attributes of heart-centeredness are; love, compassion, altruism, generosity,authenticity, trust, non-judgment, gentleness, joy, open-mindedness, and the like.

The attributes of the higher mind are; broader vision, multiple perspectives, seeing

the connectedness of life, access to the Oneness, awareness of boundless visioning

and knowing.

You can begin to see how, if you approach any person or situation from a heart-centered

place, then interact from the higher mind, you are able to have an entirely different affect

on things than you would if these two energy centers are cut off from each other.

Begin to practice identifying and acknowledging your feelings in every situation. When

faced with any choice - large or small - ask yourself "How does option A feel? How doesoption B feel?, and so on. When your mind begins to say, "I should do this", or "I should

say that," stop yourself. Stop in mid thought. Quiet the mind. If you have to, reassureyour mind it will be allowed to participate, but not now. Then, center yourself in your

heart energy. Feel the feelings of the attributes of the heart. Then, ask yourself which

choice is most appropriate for you. Your heart will answer. Then, you can give your mindthe job of coming up with some creative ideas for implementing the choice.

Anytime the mind gets overactive in your life learn to focus it on "no thought" or on

"managed thought." Do not allow the mind to spin in vicious circles of thoughts you have

no control over. If you must keep the mind occupied do so by envisioning the relationship

between your heart, mind and higher mind. The more you work with the higher mind andheart center relationship, the quieter things will become inside your head.

Make a point of noticing the times you make choices from the heart and how it works

out. Pay attention to the ways these choices make things easier in your life. Find ways toacknowledge the benefits of this approach and you will begin to trust it more and more.

For me, the very act of channeling is a balance of masculine and feminine. The active

aspect of self goes through the motions of preparing the body and mind. The mind

visualizes the expansion, opening of the heart, and the flow of energy from Sourcethrough me to Gaia. Once I am completely in the awareness of being enveloped with the

Divine, unaffected by any distraction, I do what I refer to as "holding up my field ofreceptivity." That is my name for it. It means I enter the heart-space, open the mind and"allow" whatever wants to come through. I make room for the unexpected. I embrace the

surprise. I align with my vaster self and play my role in the togetherness which brings the

message.

Another way to improve the balance between the masculine and feminine aspects of selfis to spend quality time in nature. Consciously build a relationship with plants and

animals. Open yourself to the messages of the mineral kingdoms, make note of the birds

and flying insects. As you consciously reconnect with Mother Earth your heart will beginto expand, and your ability to "feel" will be heightened. Use your intuition, develop an

awareness of the cycles of nature.

Pay attention to the small synchronicities in your life. Extend yourself from a place of

caring. Loose the judgment - of self and others. For those who need to hear it, guilt is ajudgment. Loose it.

The choice to experience ascension while still associated with a body is a possibility

which has not been available to the general populace throughout human history.Enlightenment was accomplished by a few who came to set an example for the rest of us.

Now, the probabilities are in our favor because we "old souls" reincarnated knowing we

wanted the chance to feel Heaven on Earth. There is no part of creation insisting this

happen - for you personally, or for humankind. Yet, all of Creation is cheering us on aswe make the choice to; live from the heart, trust our intuition, expand our energy field

with love, embrace the differences between us, focus our minds on beauty and peace,

treat each other in the way we wish to be treated, extend a helping hand, laugh together,

enjoy ourselves, and express our gratitude for the magnificent Creation which is us.
