Gonorrhea Interventions

• Most Disease Prevention work in NM is integrated: STD/HIV/Hepatitis

• Focus on strengthening fundamentals of STD program and program improvement– Training at all levels– Operational systems to improve DIS ans front

line supervisory functioning– Systems such as replacing STD-MIS and

electronic lab reporting

• Working on increasing testing at Juvenile Detention settings

• Internet outreach targeting MSM and Gay Men’s Health clinics monthly in Albuquerque
