Participate in the QA/QC and Inspection activities in plant Construction and Piping projects as per the Quality Control

Inspection Plan (QCIP) of the Project’s requirements. Major responsibilities handled are as below:

o Lead a team in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Department.

o Carry out quality control activities including inspection, examination and testing to verify the quality of the

installations and ensure construction operations are in compliance with project specifications

o Implement the project construction quality program at project site.

o Guide and train QC inspectors in receiving, in-process and final inspection activities.

o Perform training of personnel on company’s standard operating procedures.

o Assist quality manager during management review and in audit activities.

o Cognizance with the clients-complaints (NCR) review & investigate non-conformances, initiate corrective actions

and review effectiveness.

o Review P&ID project specification (PQP/QAP/ITP), assess technical/quality requirements and develop.

o Maintenance of calibration status of measuring and testing instruments.
