Bhuwan PandeyBhuwan has around 24 years of post-qualification experience in Operation Management, Project Management, Business Development and Strategy. Since last 18 years he is associated with Telecom Industry and contributed for the growth of Telecom in India. He worked with several renowned companies like Essar, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent and Tekelec (acquired by Oracle) and involved in rollout of 1st GSM network of Essar Cellphone (now Vodafone) Delhi, MTNL and BSNL West Zone in India. He was also actively involved in MNP rollout in India. He has wide global exposure and worked with 3G rollout project of AT&T, USA, Several customer in APAC and middle east region like SMART in Philippines, Argela in Turkey. Earlier in his career he was also involved with SKODA in the construction of Kandla - Bhatinda oil pipe line of IOCL. He has done his B.E. from MNREC now MNNIT, Allahabad and a Certification in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, USA. He is also a certified PMP® from Project Management Institute, USA.

Naresh ChandraNaresh, is a technology oriented person with more than 23 years comprehensive experience in managing program/ project management activities and service assurance for large Telecom projects. He is proficient in managing the network from Network Operations Centre (NOC) for pan country operation as well as independent handling of the circle operation. He is adept in managing service delivery functions & streamlining the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for project rollout, network operation for BSS, NSS, NMS, transport etc. in respect of GSM 2G, 3G and CDMA 1x, 3x EVDO networks.He has worked with top telecom companies like C-DOT, Bharti Airtel, Lucent, RCOM, Globacom etc. Has played a leadership role in rollout of GSM networks in Delhi NCR for MTNL and Bharti Airtel and in Rajasthan – GSM and CDMA networks for RCOM.He has done BE from Institution of Engineers , Calcutta and PG Dip and MBA from ICFAI. He also has done certification in Professional Program Management cosponsored by Stevens Institute of Technology USA & Lucent Technologies.He has wide experience in Mobility, Software PQT and Enterprise domains and has global exposure of working on overseas projects with Hughes Software Systems (now Aricent) in USA and Glo Mobile in Nigeria, West Africa.
