SharePoint based solution used to manage, maintain, report and govern

How is Central Deployed & Created?
Central is deployed via a standard Microsoft Installer (.exe)
Central installer runs a Solutions (.wsp) deployment to the SharePoint Farm
Performs an IISReset
Deploys a small database (eShuttleDB) to a SQL server/instance

What is a Workflow?
Workflow is sometimes described as a series of tasks that produce an outcome. In the context of SharePoint, workflow is defined more narrowly as the automated movement of documents or items through a sequence of actions or tasks that are related to a business process.
Below are common workflow actions:
