Sub: Final Circle Gradation List of HSG-II officials (Postal), Punjab Circle Chandigarh corrected up to 01.08.2019 (after merger of Postmaster Cadre with General Line Cadre)..

A Draft Circle Gradation List in respect of HSG-II (P) officials corrected upto 01.08.2019 was circulated vide this office letter of even no. dated 15.04.2021 with a request to point out omissions if any noticed therein for rectifications. The discrepancies pointed out by the divisions have been considered and necessary corrections have been made wherever required in the Circle Gradation List. A Final copy of the Circle Gradation List of HSG-I (P upto 01.08.2019 (after merger of Postmaster Cadre with General Line Cadre) is sent herewith for record.

It is also informed that the discrepancies which were pointed out, have been rectified2 in the Final Gradation List.

In case any officials is still to have representation to make, he/she may do so within 3. one year of date of circulation of the Final Circle GradationList as required under

Rule 32-D of P&T Manual Vol-IV failing which the case will be treated as time barred.

4. Nothing in the List is to be taken as conveying any Sanction or authority or may be held to supersede any standing rule or any order of PMG/CPMG/D.G Posts within which it

may be variance.
