Sanction is hereby accorded to the hiring/allotment of huts at Cheshmashahi and PariMahal in favour of senior's officers as shown against each for a period up to ending October,2014 as per Annexure-"A" enclosed.

The allottees shall take over the possession of the allotted Huts from Deputy DirectorEstates, Srinagar within a Period of 15 days from the date of opening of offices at Srinagarfailing which their allotment shall deemed to be treated as cancelled.

The allotment of such officers who may not move to Srinagar due to one or otherreason shall also be deemed to have been cancelled.

The allotted accommodation will be available for occupancy from 4th May 2014onwards.
