Subject: Placement of the services of Junior Scale KAS

Probationers at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj.

Government Order No.728–JK(GAD) of 2020,

Dated:24.07.2020.

In the interest of administration, the services of 108

Junior Scale KAS Probationers, as per the details forming annexure

to this Order, who are undergoing training at J&K Institute of

Management, Public Administration and Rural Development, in

terms of Government Order No. 1015-GAD of 2019 dated

13.9.2019 and 1164-GAD of 2019 dated 23.10.2019, are hereby

placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development &

Panchayati Raj, for their further posting as Block Development

Officers.

It is further ordered that:

(i) the Department of Rural Development and

Panchayati Raj shall ensure that these

Probationers are posted in smaller blocks,

utilizing experienced officers in larger blocks;

(ii) these Probationers shall be posted

immediately and they shall neither be attached

nor kept waiting for posting in any manner. It

shall be ensured that the posting orders are

strictly complied with and if it is considered

necessary to modify a transfer order under

some compelling circumstances, it should be

done only after obtaining the approval of GAD

for which sufficient justification shall be

conveyed in advance; and

(iii) the formal classroom training of the

Probationers shall recommence from

01.05.2021.

108 posts of Junior Scale of KAS are hereby

transferred to the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati

Raj, for the purpose of drawal of salary of these Probationers.
