Circular: - Government of Maharashtra has announced the scheme of interest subsidy to textile projects vide Govt Resolution mentioned above at sr.no.1 and capital subsidy to textile projects set up in Vidarbha, Marathwada and North Maharashtra regions of the State vide Govt Resolution mentioned above at sr.no.2. 2. In order to avail benefits under State’s scheme, the concerned textile projects have to fulfill technical and financial norms prescribed by GoI in its TUF scheme. It has been clarified vide Govt Circular mentioned above at sr.no.3 that in case the central Government makes any changes in TUFS after 1/4/2013,those changes shall not be automatically applicable to the scheme of State Government and necessary changes shall be made in the scheme of State Government as deemed fit in accordance with such changes. 3. In this regard it is clarified that all technical changes /modification regarding machinery etc. made by GoI from time to time in TUFS shall be automatically applicable to the State Government’s scheme and banks shall certify that machinery purchased by their clients is as per the latest norms prescribed by GoI in TUFS guidelines while submitting claims under State’s

Circular: -

Government of Maharashtra has announced the scheme of interest

scheme. However, any financial changes (e.g. rate of subsidy etc.) made by GoI

in TUFS shall not be automatically applicable to State Government’s scheme

unless and until State Government makes them applicable.

4. This circular is effective from 1st March,2012
