7. Activity-1:
(a) Name of Activity- Display Board –Assamese Culture
(b) Date: 10-02-2020
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Assamese culture- dress, dances, rhinocerous etc. were displayed through text and drawing by students on display board.

Visit of Assamese Students and Teachers to University of Kota
(12th February 2020 to 16th February 2020) A team of 49 students and teachers from Bangaigaon Polytechnic College, Bongaigaon, Assam came by train to Kota which almost took two days to reach Kota. They had departed from Assam on 10th February to reach Kota on 12th February 2020. They stayed at guest house of the University of Kota on the campus and departed on 16th February 2020 by train. A number of activities and interactions were conducted during their stay period.
Activity-2: (a) Name of Activity- Welcome of Assamese students and teachers from Bangaigaon
Polytechnic College, Bongaigaon, Assam at University of Kota and visit of University of Kota campus.
(b) Date: 12-02-2020
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Assamese students and teachers were
welcomed on the University Campus by EBSB club members, Dean Student Welfare, ADSW and Registrar, University of Kota. The Assam team was taken around to visit of Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Commerce & Management, Social Sciences departments, 100 kW rooftop solar power plant and tour of University Campus.

Activity-3: (a) Name of Activity- Local visit of Assamese Students and Teachers for sightseeing in
Kota
(b) Date: 12-02-2020 evening
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Visit of Assamese students and teachers to seven wonders, a tourist place at Kota and Amrita haat, handicraft fair at Kota was conducted in the evening on 12th February 2020. At Amrita Haat students were able to learn about handicrafts prepared at Rajasthan. They were able to do shopping also there for handicraft items. They also participated in cultural program at Amrita Haat, Dusshera Maidan, Kota.

Activity-4: (a) Name of Activity- Language interaction, exchange of geographical and historical
knowledge of Assam and Rajasthan
(b) Date: 13-02-2020
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Language interaction, exchange of geographical and historical knowledge of Assam and Rajasthan was done by students and teachers of University of Kota with Assamese delegation. Students recited poems in Rajasthani and Assamese and explained their meanings.

Activity-5: (a) Name of Activity- Visit of Assamese Students and Teachers to Dungarjya village, smart
village adopted by University of Kota.

(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Visit of Assamese Students and Teachers to Dungarjya village, smart village adopted by University of Kota. Assamese students visited the village, lotus pond and interacted with the villagers about their dress, culture and food practices.

Activity-6: (a) Name of Activity- Visit of Assamese Students and Teachers to Chambal Garden and
Hadoti garden, Kota
(b) Date: 14-02-2020 Evening
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Visit of Assamese students and teachers to Chambal Garden and Hadoti garden at Kota in the evening of 14th February 2020 with University of Kota students and teachers. They saw river Chambal flowing through Kota and Kota Super Thermal Power Plant on other side of the river.

Activity-7: (a) Name of Activity- Assamese and Rajasthani Cultural Program at University of Kota
(b) Date: 15-02-2020
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Cultural program consisting of three
Assamese presentations and seven Rajasthani presentations were conducted in presence of University of Kota Vice-Chancellor Prof. Neelima Singh, university officials, teachers and students. Assamese students and teachers were given mementos and group photograph was clicked.

(a) Name of Activity- Rajasthani Food Festival for Assamese guests

(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Assamese students and teachers were served Rajasthani traditional food such as dal, bati, bajre ka khichda, make ki raab, sweets etc.

Activity-8: (a) Name of Activity- High Tea for Assamese guests at Vice-Chancellor’s residence
(b) Date: 15-02-2020 Evening
(c) Brief Description of Activity (in English)- Assamese students and teachers were
invited for informal interaction with University of Kota teachers and staff at Vice-Chancellor’s residence in the evening on 15th February 2020.
