January Moose of the Month

Gary Block Has been selected as our Moose of the Month

Gary has served the Board of Officers for the last several years. He has held the position of Sargent At Arms

Gary jumps in and helps wherever needed in the Kitchen, especially on Taco Night and when we have special functions in the hall. His enthusiasm to volunteer are an asset to the Lodge.

Gary joined the Lodges in July 2009 and became a member of the Moose Legion in September 2010. Gary's hard work in the Lodge paid off as he earned the blue coat of LOOM Fellow in September 2016.

For these reasons and many more, please join us in congratulating Gary Block as Moose of the Month

Heart of The Community

Merritt Island Moose Lodge donated the use of the hall Saturday Night 1/25 for the Merritt Island High School

JROTC ball. They all said they enjoyed themselves! The Lodge works closely with the Junior Reserve Officer

Training Corp, their members often volunteer as servers at dinner events and the lodge in turn donates funds to

their organization. Thanks to Lisa Brock for sharing these photos.
