Description :The mixture of retail, luxury residential condominium function, presented a design challenge to the firm. The resulting architectural design is the culmination of all the differences in the design requirements in good form and function.

Gozar Planners proposed a raised podium with gardens design to cater for the parking requirements of the residential units and reducing construction time and cost by not having a basement configuration as a solution.

Description :MIxed-use development consisting of a 5 floor commercial podium, a 35 stor y office tower and 27 story residential tower. Feng shui and local codes in Shanghai influenced the form and siting of the two towers such that the building front is actually the back side of the towers.

Project : The Forum Hotel Client : Inter-Continental HotelsLocation : Shenzhen, China

Architect : Ma and Fong Architects Ltd.

Interior Designer : Gozar Planners (HK) Ltd.

Description :A 700 room hotel for the Inter-Continental Hotels, boasting of a 1,000 seat Grand Ballroom, 2 Presidential suites and 200 serviced Apartments. Local color and indigenuous artists were employed throughout the design process as required by the local government.

Description :A grand plan for the Dasmarinas town in Cavite which hopes to increase commercial activity in the locality by introducing a mixture of luxury residential, commercial, hotels, hostels, office, retail, hypermart, and a transport hub to service the North to South passenger traffic.

Sited on a hilly terrain, the project was master planned to take advantage of the existing river which was re-routed to create a focal point for the residential and civic area at the center of the development.

Complete community amenities was designed for the development to comply to strict planning guidelines set by the master planners, Nadel Architects of Los Angeles, USA.

Description :A 1,200 sq. mts. residence on a 1 hectare site w/a heated swimming pool, a basement for audio/visual entertainment, 2 putting greens, a waterfall, stream & 3 goldfish ponds fronting the house. Designed as an entertainment weekend house, the manor boasts of a man-made stream and waterfall that ends in the front of the manor’s entrance, making the “Victorian“ style driveway seem to float as an island.

Description :Rising majestically among a cluster of low rise residential buildings and family homes, the building breaks the skyline with the unobtrusive architecture devised to complement the surrounding residential architecture and style of the locality.

The building is part of a 5 tower development planned for the 3.5 hectare property in San Juan / Quezon City boundary at Dominga St.

Description :The first 5-star international hotel in Dalian in 1988, Furama Hotel, Dalian is patronized by executives and personnel of the merchant marines and the airline pilots that serve the region. It’s majestic lobby is a preview of the grandness of it’s banquet and function rooms, restaurants and bars and guest rooms.

Description :A 5,000 sq. ft. resident's clubhouse in the resort island of Discovery Bay, Lantao, HK that includes a coffee shop, fine dining, function rooms, game rooms, pro-shop, multi-function terrace, two swimming pools, and two squash and two pelota courts. Executed in a Spartan fashion the client's brief required a design that could be upgraded in two years time so budget was initially constrained for this phase of development.
