The economy is improving, however, many of our business are facing hard times. We

invite our members and Sponsor companies to join the GPAEE Board in our Employ-

ment Initiative . To help our fellow energy professionals, the GPAEE offers the following

assistance for unemployed energy professionals :

1. Reduced fees for most monthly meetings. when registering for meetings, regis-

ter under student and unemployed rate of $5 for the specified meeting.

UIG is an engineering, design, construction (EPC) company that specializes in the project development, construc-

tion, and operation of Air Separation Units (ASUs) for both itself and for commercial customers in need of industri-

al gas products. UIG has an immediate opening for a Design Engineering Manager at the Corporate Headquarters

in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Position Description: The position will lead the Mechanical/ Piping Design for UIG.

Although the position will be focused on mechanical equipment and piping system design (warm and cryogenic),

piping stress analysis, and associated pipe support development, coordination and interface with some knowledge

of other industrial plant design support disciplines, such as civil/structural, electrical, and instrumentation design

efforts are required.

Civil/Structural, electrical, and instrumentation detail design are typically out-sourced by UIG and the Design Manag-

er position requires the ability to closely coordinate and effectively interface with these firms to procedure seamless

packages and efficient field execution.

Energy Upgrade Auditor

The basic function of the Energy Upgrade Auditor is to visit commercial and industrial facilities, skillfully and effectively cap-

ture existing installed lighting and control equipment, select and design energy saving replacements, and prepare energy

saving upgrade proposals.

Responsibilities · Complete FSG in house training program on lighting and controls technology, specification and design.

· Utilize FSG Ipad for audit data capture

· Energy Audits: Perform a walk-through analysis of a prospects facility and offices to gather specific detailed data of the ex-

isting lighting systems and controls currently in use. Generate a review of on-site facility data, identify demand and usage

reduction opportunities and provide an assessment of project scope.

Energy Services Senior Account Executive Facility Solutions Group (FSG), the largest lighting distributor and non-union electrical contractor in the country, is looking to

add an experienced, executive level salesperson to its Energy Services team, based in Perth Amboy, NJ. The ideal candidate

will have a proven track record developing and closing large (>$500,000) energy service and performance contracting deals

to the commercial, industrial, healthcare, college/university and public sectors, and will be familiar with IoT as it relates to

lighting technology. While this position will be based in the greater NYC area, we expect client and sales development will

encompass national exposure.
