  • Activity # 1: Create your human body Materials grocery brown bag pictures of the 6 organs glue scissors strip of construction paper long enough to go around your head crayons or coloring pencils Stapler and staples Directions: Color the pictures of the organs. Cut a head and arm openings. Cut the pictures and glue them. Glue the brain to the strip and staple it on your head. Department of Mathematics and Science

  • Activity # 2: Making a model of the lungs Materials: 2 paper bags Colors or crayons 2 straws Scotch Tape Directions Write left and right lung on each bag. Attach a straw to each bag using the Scotch tape. Cross the straws on top and tape them together. Now blow in and out through the straws. What happens to the bag?
