Activity # 1: Create your human body Materials grocery brown
bag pictures of the 6 organs glue scissors strip of construction
paper long enough to go around your head crayons or coloring
pencils Stapler and staples Directions: Color the pictures of the
organs. Cut a head and arm openings. Cut the pictures and glue
them. Glue the brain to the strip and staple it on your head.

Activity # 2: Making a model of the lungs Materials: 2 paper
bags Colors or crayons 2 straws Scotch Tape Directions Write left
and right lung on each bag. Attach a straw to each bag using the
Scotch tape. Cross the straws on top and tape them together. Now
blow in and out through the straws. What happens to the bag?
Discuss how the model is similar to how our lungs breathe?

Activity # 3: Place the organs where they go Color then cut the
silhouette of the child and all the organs. Paste the organs where
they belong and label all six. Paste the completed silhouette on
your journal. Write a sentence about the function of each organ.
