Grade 8 Rhythm Units – Bonus Challenges

Congratulations on completing your rhythm units! To challenge you even further, I’ve gathered

a new set of rhythm units that are even more challenging.

Each unit has only 10 exercises to practice, so each side of the page is a new unit. The focus of

all the rhythm units is to become more familiar and comfortable with many variations of 16th

note rhythms.

Here are the break downs of some of the new rhythms you will see in these challenge units.

Four sixteenth notes

unit, ask your parent if they will randomly choose a rhythm, record your attempt, and send it to
