as project specific questionnaires as appropriate);

and from within AMEC (AMEC and FPAL database);

AMEC’s customers influence the compilation of Project Supplier Lists to different

extents;

The degree of influence primarily depends on a number of variables, such as:

- The relationship between AMEC and its customers;

- Type of contract entered into i.e. Fixed Price / Target

Price / Reimbursable;

- Culture of customer;

- The existence of any agreements customers have with

suppliers;

- The phase of any particular project e.g. study, FEED or EPC execution;

- Early supplier involvement to protect project schedule;

- Continuity of supply throughout brownfield phase of any particular project

(standardisation).
