Provided support for the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and other Woodbourne Solutions clients.

Re-wrote the Diversity Supplement Tracking System for NICHD. This system was designed to convert a paper-based supplement tracking system to an electronic work flow application. It provides an extensive work flow and routing component to support the business process of reviewing and approving requests for Minority, Disability, and Reentry Supplements. Ms. Graham was also instrumental in the development and design of the Business Objects universe to aid in data analysis and report generation.

Served as a developer for the NICHD Grants Funding Application. The application captures relevant financial data from multiple systems including NIH eRA IMPAC II and NICHD internal applications and improves the data over time in order to provide NICHD a complete picture of their extramural funding, from appropriation of the budget to award of individual grants for the current and future fiscal years. Developed reports and assisted in the development of the Business Objects universe to enhance funding data availability for analysis and planning. The application was developed using ColdFusion, Business Objects, Oracle and Crystal Reports

As a developer for the Administrative Actions application implemented a custom workflow and document template system that automates a complex grants business process. The system was designed so that all data manipulation and dynamiic display elements, presented based on the organizations business model, was centralized in CFC Modules, for Query, Screen Display and Data validation. With the system, staff at NICHD can now create templates to support documents such as staff recommendations and assign each a custom approval process. The Administrative Actions system also allows users to search for and find documents that need approval and perform actions on them. Assisted building the system using ColdFusion MX, Oracle and Active PDF.

Actively involved in updating sites for 508 Compliance. Last assigned tasking completed was the modification of the entire Administrative Actions System to ready it for 508 review compliance.

Developed modules utilizing Macromedia’s ColdFusion 6.0 and JavaScript for the NICHD Dashboard. The NICHD Dashboard is a web-based tool that provides senior management with "gauges" to assess NICHD's performance and facilitate decision-making. It also provides a centralized location for key indicators with consistent enterprise-wide cached data and views of key metrics, without requiring queries or other analytical work. Was instrumental in the conversion of the NICHD Dashboard to Microsoft SQL Report Server rdl files and maintaining the directory security, allowing only specific Active Directory Groups access.

Integrated CKEditor into all the Cold Fusion applications, replacing ewebeditpro throughout all the NICHD systems.

For the NICHD public site implemented Address Verification Software calls via Com Object from the Cold Fusion application to reduce wasted mailings and faulty addresses.

Overhauled the Largely Attended Event (LAE) travel application for NICHD using ColdFusion 5. 0 and Oracle 9 to track travel requests. Renewed the application to minimize data entry by staff while adding support for LAE reporting requirements.

Supported and developed NICHD Public site custom cf's and code behind the common spot implementations.

Was the primary programmer supporting the JG Blackbook Travel and Agent Rewards site hosted and maintained at Woodbourne Solutions. The site was originally built using both Fusebox and CFC module methodologies utilizing Cold Fusion 7.0 and SQL Server

CGH TECHNOLOGIES, Washington, DC 2002-2004 Programmer/Analyst

Designed and developed the Airspace Document Tracking System (ADS) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) which produced FAA regulatory documents based on data tracked through the Federal Registry. This project was developed utilizing JavaScript, JSP, ASP, Word, Oracle and Oracle Reports.

Performed maintenance, upgrades, and enhancement of the ATA Budget and Tracking System (BATS), which provided organizational tracking of all expenditures and aided the development of the future year budgeting requirements.

Developed the system utilizing JavaScript, ColdFusion 5.0, Oracle 9.0, and Oracle Reports.

BAE SYSTEMS, Rockville, MD 1998-2002Programmer/Analyst

As a contractor for the US Navy, served as the primary focal point and project manager for the development, enhancement and support of the PMS411 Financial Information Navigations System (FINS) to track and create budgets throughout the organization.

This system was developed utilizing ColdFusion, JavaScript and SQL Server. Designed, built, and deployed the Vertical Launch Systems (VLS) document

management tool to store the engineering drawings for the VLS systems as well as tracking all revisions through their development and approval processes.

Developed the system utilizing ColdFusion, JavaScript, SQL Server and a Verity search engine.

Developed numerous tools and utilities including Integrated Schedulers and contract management systems for the deployment of engineering changes, tracking of ship

overhaul cycles and ship’s overhaul availability schedules. All systems were developed utilizing ColdFusion, JavaScript, SQL Server and Microsoft Access.

INFORMATION FLOW, Gaithersburg, MD 1996-1998Lead Programmer

Performed the development and support of the "Intra-Q" software used by numerous computer resellers to provide quotes and track leads.

This system included automated updates from numerous computer reseller files and sources.

Developed similar systems for the federal government to get on-line quotes for equipment available through GSA contracts. These systems were developed in ColdFusion, JavaScript, Visual FoxPro and SQL Server on Windows NT Servers.She was also responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the server/software platforms.

AB&C GROUP, Charlestown, WV 1994-1996 Programmer/Analyst

Designed/Developed a Lead Management System in support of call center, mail response and warehouse support center providing support for numerous computer hardware resellers. Developed this system on the Intranet utilizing Visual FoxPro.

Worked on a Department of Energy (DOE) contract. Performed development and support of the financial applications for the budget

department. These systems included capabilities for tracking and calculating Treasure Bills and Notes, and calculations to include amortization. The development was completed in Clipper, C++ and Visual Basic 3.0 and dBase III.

US NAVY, Various locations, 1975-1993Various Positions

Performed numerous duties throughout naval career including computer maintenance technician, work center supervisor and Leading Petty Officer. Final tour was as the 3-M Type Commander for all of Naval Security Group, working on the Admirals staff at Headquarters CNSG. This assignment included the development of an automated preventive maintenance and scheduling program that was deployed throughout the entire Naval Security Group and was developed utilizing Clipper and dBase III. During her career she was decorated and received 2 Navy Commendation Medals.
