THE grAND BALLrOOM The Grand Ballroom’s 6,150 square feet of flexible event space, 16-foot windows with sweeping views of Lake Mendota, and sophisticated, inviting room finishes make it one of the most memorable event spaces in the Midwest.

THE NOLEN gALLEry Just outside The Grand Ballroom, The Nolen Gallery provides a unique dimension to your celebration. It can be used with any event in the ballroom and is great for cocktail parties accompanying a main event in the ballroom. The Gallery has access to an outdoor terrace overlooking Picnic Point and the entire shoreline of beautiful Lake Mendota, and it is equipped with a fireplace and plush seating. The space offers 4,500 square feet with a capacity of 225 (reception style).

THE MENDOTA BALLrOOMThe Mendota Ballroom boasts 1,660 square feet of event space, the perfect size for group functions ranging from 20 to 120 guests. The Mendota Ballroom features an attached foyer. The adjoining Mendota Gallery, ideal for coffee breaks or cocktail receptions, offers 1,099 square feet and a capacity of 100 (reception style).

THE rED CrOwN CLuBThe Red Crown Club is the capstone to the renovation of the historic Langdon Building. It’s an elegant, versatile event space, suitable for private dinners, board meetings and other corporate events. In addition to the indoor space, the adjoining Red Crown terrace offers 874 square feet of event space and a capacity of 30 (reception style).
