I intend to register as a delegate for the IPA National Congress to be held at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne from 23 - 25 November 2016.I understand that payment of a $149 deposit will reserve me a delegate’s place at the Congress.I further understand the $149 deposit will be deducted from my registration fee which I need to pay in full by 20 May 2016 to be eligible for the early bird rate or by 31 August 2016 for the mid-year sale (any time after this the regular rate will be applicable). My full registration fees must be paid by 21 October 2016 when registration closes. Cancellations up until 5pm, 23 September 2016 will be entitled to a full refund of any deposit and registration fees paid. All cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm, 24 October 2016 will be refunded less an AUD$100 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided from the 25 October 2016. You may substitute a delegate in your place up until 21 October 2016, but if you are a member and they are not, they may be required to pay non-member registration rates. Failing that you will be entitled to receive the electronic course notes. All replacements and cancellations must be made in writing.
