graNTS and our communityDear Resident,

It is with great pleasure that I present to you my grants guide.

In the Monaro electorate there are so many great community organisations and initiatives that deserve more recognition than they get for the hard work they put in. Many such organisations are not just run by volunteers, but funded by them as well.

The purpose of this booklet is to help our community groups and individuals source funds from multiple outlets that they may not have known were available to them.

This booklet is in no way way a complete list, and there are many philanthropists and Foundations looking to support hard working members of the community, but it is a helpful start for local individuals, non-profit organisations, community groups and charities.

If you’d like to source more grants I recommend having a look at the Grant Finder website (www.business.gov.au/grants-and-assistance/grant-finder/) where you can search a more comprehensive database based on your specific needs.

If you would like any advice when applying for these grants please contact my office (contact details on the back of this booklet).

I wish you well with your next project.

Best Regards,

John Barilaro MP
