It takes practice
Having a attitude of gratitude makes you a happy and a healthy person. The more you practice the easier it is to find the positive in almost every situation.
Here are some strategies to help….
Count on your fingers how many things you are grateful for.
Create a collage.
Start a gratitude jar.
Make a gratitude list.
Keep a thankfulness journal.
Find the time to tell someone who is special to you that you are thankful for them.
