Gravity Die-Casters, (GDC), was incorporated in 1988, found by people with more than 38 years of experience in Die-casting Industry. We are an ISO 9001 : 2008 certified company. We cast aluminum alloy-based components, by the gravity die-casting process, and machine aluminum and cast-iron components, from 5 grams to 40000 grams, as per our customer's specifications. We have manufactured castings upto 40 kg. for The Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India ( Parts for Shaktimaan, Nissan Jonga & Weaponary parts). GDC is equipped with all conventional tool room machinery, to cater to machining requirement. We also have sophisticated tools and instruments for inspection, measurement and testing of operational attributes such as pressure and leakage testing of critical machined components. We are also a vendor to leading multi-nationals and supply die casted, and precisely machined components that are a part of transmission, engine, and gear-boxes. We are also a supplier to industries making petrol dispensing units, process control equipments, fire-fighting equipments, bearing industry, radiator manufacturing industry. We supply completely assembled oil filters for petrol and diesel engines with child components like relief valve, springs, washer, gasket, “O” ring, developed specially as per our customer's requirement. We have in-house facility for pressure testing and heat treatment of these machined components. We also design and manufacture dies for gravity process and fabricate fixtures for machining. We have also developed sources for investment castings and pressure die casting components, SG Iron components and Steel and Special Alloys. We have a a highly Technical Team and follow lean Manufacturing Principles, which allows us to outsource the non-critical aspects of manufacturing, while retain the most critical aspects, and supply to the end-customer a Precise Component, with Precise Material and Functional Parameters, in a cost-effective manner.
