Confirmation of Booking – In order to confirm yourbooking we require payment in full within 7 days.Once received we will send you your Great Breakconfirmation, receipt of payment, the number andlocation of seats booked and pick up times.

Methods of Payment – All normal methods ofpayment, including cash, cheque, by debit and creditcard and by telephone or by post are acceptable.

PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO: ‘JOHNSONSCOACH TRAVEL’. Please note there is a 2% chargefor payments made by credit card.

Reductions – There are no reductions for children onGreat Breaks.

Cancellation by the Company – Shouldcircumstances arise where, due to less than 20bookings, we are forced to cancel a ‘Great Break’holiday all monies paid by all passengers for thatparticular excursion will be refunded and followingthat the Company shall be exempt from any furtherliability.

Cancellation by the Passenger – You may cancelyour ‘Great Break’ holiday at any time and providedthat we receive notice of cancellation within 56 days(8 weeks) of the departure date, then we will refundyou the value of the break, less a £20 cancellationcharge and the value of your travel insurancepremium. No refunds can be given for cancellationsmade less than 56 days prior to departure. You maybe able to claim back the cost of your ‘Great Break’(less the insurance premium and the insurance excesscharge) through your travel insurance which can bepurchased at the time of booking.

Travel Insurance – is not included in the cost of ourGreat Breaks, but is available from just £13.50.
