I’m so pleased to have the opportunity to introduce Touchdown to you.

Since Red Step first entered the Chinese Market in 2011 we have always stood for the

highest quality of work and our history and body of work speaks for itself. As we have

developed so has our market and the Made In China 2025 and One Belt One Road

initiatives have presented us with opportunities we never previously dreamt possible.

The Touchdown package is the conclusion of this work, Red Step creating a opportunity

for forward thinking Chinese Organisations to step into the Global Market in a risk free

Our specialist HR team will recruit a staff member on your behalf, to your specifications. We will then send you a number of resumes to shortlist of up to five. We will interview and recommend our favourite two or three, who will then attend a Skype interview with you from our office suite.

Employed & Supervised by Us

Contract given to the member of staff by us at Red Step to work on the project for you. This contract will be an initial one year, with options to extend. Each Touchdown office has dedicated Red Step Office Managers, regular Senior Management visits and regular training provisions. We invest in our people to achieve maximum results.

Business Development

Your Touchdown Manager will be your key stepping stone into the new markets. They can be engaged in business development, liaison, research, sales, fulfilment and any other work which will progress your business.

A modular approachA Global presence requires a World Class level of customer service, marketing, branding and optimisation. As well as managing your Touchdown, Red Step offer services to ensure that your Project Manager can concentrate on the important task of finding newcontacts and partners.

Using our StEPs program we can ensure your companies strengths and needs are communicated, recommending a strategy and set of marketing activities bespoke to your business.

Available either in a single modular approach, bespoke to the organisations operational needs, or as a package to offer a more rounded service and opportunity to maximise the potential Touchdown and Red Step offer.

How long does it take to set up Touchdown?

Generally it will take around 6-10 weeks, depending on how quickly recruitment can be achieved. In the UK staff are on a 1 month notice period, so this may need to be seen through before the new Project Manager can start.

What happens if we have a personal issue with our Project Manager?

As our client you have many ways of contacting us if you have any questions or problems. Each Project Manager will have an ‘Office Manager’ (employed by Red Step) as their immediate manager, and these will be the person to speak to first. If this is not appropriate you will be given contact details for Red Step Head Office, including Projects Director and the CEO of the company.

How long can we continue with Touchdown?

The initial contract is for 1 year, however if you want to extend we are happy to do so - on average our contracts are between 2-3 years before the company is ready to move out on their own and get their own office and team around them. Red Step Business services will be able to assist with this - more details available in the Touchdown Fur-ther Information Pack.

What happens next?

Contact us with your details (our contact information is on the back of this document), we’ll send you more indepth information about how everything works, discuss what you are requiring from your Proejct Manager, your budget and from this information develop a bespoke contract for you. When the contract has been signed we immediately instruct our Recruitment team to start the recruitment process and start to plan for interviews.
