CONDOMINIUM SALES BEL AIR - HOLMBY HILLS

In Bel Air - Holmby Hills there were 15 single family home sales in October 2015, up from 11 in October 2014 and a similar

performance from the 15 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015

was $2,819,200 compared to $3,180,082 for October 2014, representing an 11% decrease. For the three-month period

from August to October 2015, the average list price was 22% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales

price for October 2015 was $2,659,167, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $2,680,588. These

results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Bel Air - Holmby Hills

saw a 10% decrease in average sale price, and a 13% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY CENTER - MIRACLE MILE

In Beverly Center - Miracle Mile there were 10 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 23 in October 2014

and a 67% increase from the 6 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015

was $1,863,040 compared to $1,451,904 for October 2014, representing a 28% increase. For the three-month period

from August to October 2015, the average list price was 17% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales

price for October 2015 was $1,875,794, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $1,790,345. These

results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Beverly Center - Miracle

Mile saw a 6% increase in average sale price, and a 32% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEW

BEVERLY HILLS

In Beverly Hills there were 7 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 14 in October 2014 and a 36% decrease

from the 11 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was $4,490,429

compared to $5,131,929 for October 2014, representing a 13% decrease. For the three-month period from August to

October 2015, the average list price was 27% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for

October 2015 was $4,303,850, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $6,223,088. These results

indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Beverly Hills saw a 52%

decrease in average sale price, and a 10% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

In Beverly Hills Post Office there were 17 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 18 in October 2014 and a

6% increase from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was

$5,831,935 compared to $2,731,444 for October 2014, representing a 114% increase. For the three-month period from

August to October 2015, the average list price was 27% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price

for October 2015 was $5,386,471, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $4,304,532. These

results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Beverly Hills Post Office

saw a 46% increase in average sale price, and a 99% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

August to October 2015, the average list price was 21% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Culver City there were 20 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 27 in October 2014 and a 13%

decrease from the 23 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was

$1,063,050 compared to $928,756 for October 2014, representing a 14% increase. For the three-month period from

August to October 2015, the average list price was 20% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales

price for October 2015 was $1,075,000, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $1,078,461. These

results indicate that the sale price is trending down. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Culver City saw a 2%

decrease in average sale price, but a 14% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Downtown L.A. there were 37 condominium sales in October 2015, down from 38 in October 2014 and a similar

performance from the 37 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in October 2015 was $633,481

almost matching $613,942 for October 2014. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average

list price was 2% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $624,205,

compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $627,987. These results indicate that the sale price is

trending down. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Downtown L.A. was flat in average sale price, and a 5%

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Hollywood there were 5 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 17 in October 2014 and a similar

performance from the 5 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was

$1,064,580 compared to $820,313 for October 2014, representing a 30% increase. For the three-month period from

August to October 2015, the average list price was 24% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price

for October 2015 was $1,039,780, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $998,323. These results

indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Hollywood saw a 50% increase in

average sale price, and a 26% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Malibu there were 13 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 15 in October 2014 and a 19% decrease

from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in October 2015 was $2,611,692

compared to $3,418,800 for October 2014, representing a 24% decrease. For the three-month period from August to

October 2015, the average list price was 33% lower than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October

2015 was $2,463,242, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $2,537,632. These results indicate

that the sale price is trending down. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Malibu saw a 2% decrease in average

sale price, and a 23% decrease compared to same month of the prior year.

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Mid Wilshire there were 17 condominium sales in October 2015, up from 9 in October 2014 and a 325% increase from

the 4 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in October 2015 was $493,759 compared to $416,656

for October 2014, representing a 19% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average

list price was flat compared to the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $493,735,

compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $464,797. These results indicate that the sale price is

trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Mid Wilshire saw a 10% decrease in average sale price, but a

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Playa Del Rey there were 12 condominium sales in October 2015, down from 16 in October 2014 and a 8% decrease

from the 13 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in October 2015 was $687,333 compared

to $455,813 for October 2014, representing a 51% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015,

the average list price was 32% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was

$688,208, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $641,094. These results indicate that the sale

price is trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Playa Del Rey saw a 1% increase in average sale price,

and a 52% increase compared to same month of the prior year.

from the 11 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in October 2015 was $1,251,750 compared

to $821,761 for October 2014, representing a 52% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015,

the average list price was 22% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was

$1,306,981, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $1,020,733. These results indicate that the sale

price is trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Playa Vista saw a 70% increase in average sale price,

to $1,078,139 for October 2014, representing a 10% increase. For the three-month period from August to October 2015,

the average list price was flat compared to the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was

$1,178,496, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was $1,231,302. These results indicate that the sale

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West there were 35 single family home sales in October 2015, down from 39 in October

2014 and a 21% increase from the 29 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in

October 2015 was $2,234,886 compared to $2,632,767 for October 2014, representing a 15% decrease. For the three-

month period from August to October 2015, the average list price was 20% lower than the same period of the prior year.

Average sales price for October 2015 was $2,166,171, compared to that of August through October 2015, which was

$2,071,247. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up. Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, Sunset

OCTOBER MARKET OVERVIEWIn West Hollywood Vicinity there were 37 condominium sales in October 2015, up from 31 in October 2014 and a 9%

increase from the 34 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in October 2015 was $616,943 almost

matching $637,102 for October 2014. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average list price

was 9% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $617,161, compared to

that of August through October 2015, which was $716,716. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down.

Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, West Hollywood Vicinity saw a 17% decrease in average sale price, and a 1%

decrease from the 16 sales closed last month. The average list price for condo sales in October 2015 was $687,145 almost

matching $655,471 for October 2014. For the three-month period from August to October 2015, the average list price

was 17% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for October 2015 was $694,111, compared

to that of August through October 2015, which was $747,816. These results indicate that the sale price is trending down.

Comparing October 2015 to September 2015, West Los Angeles saw a 2% decrease in average sale price, but a 7%
