PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION - ZONING INSPECTOR
The City of Chardon is accepting applications for a Part Time Zoning Inspector position. The job
offers flexible daytime hours with a maximum of 29 hours per week. Candidate must have
exceptional customer service and clerical skills. Duties include answering incoming calls and
providing answers to questions regarding city zoning ordinances, issuing zoning permits,
investigating complaints about zoning violations and issuing violation notices, and providing
administrative support to Community Development Administrator.
A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required. Experience related to code and
zoning enforcement and/or general construction knowledge is a plus but is not required. Must
have a valid state of Ohio Driver’s License or the ability to obtain upon hire. The current salary
range for this position is $14.20 to $18.12 per hour.

NAMI Basics, Family-to-Family, Peer-to-Peer Education Classes, End-ing the Silence, Parents and Teachers as Allies and Un-derstanding Mental Illness. About the Position The Accounting Manager manages the overall office support staff of the company including the
office(s), administration team, administrative related technology, human resources, contracts,
accounting, and finance in conjunction with the Principals. The Accounting Manager will also
contribute towards strategic business planning. This position works to improve processes and
policies, manage corporate and financial records and books and lead long term organizational
planning.
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive compensation, as well as medical, vision, dental, PTO, Paid Holidays, and 401K plan. The Accounting Manager will report to the Principals and pay will commensurate with the chosen candidate’s experience.
Essential Job Functions Manages the office support staff, including day-to-day functions, human resources, and
