GREEN ARMOR PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The GREEN ARMOR ® Process is characterised by the application of a 3-dimensional Geo-Mat, as defined in the norm NF EN ISO 10318, combined with a seeding process using a ‘projected fibre membrane’ like EURO-MAT FGM-ET EURO-MAT FGM-ET is a blended mulch product, ready to use, 100% bio-degradable, and is made of “PREMIUM” vegetable fibres (NFU code: 44-4551) with the addition of stabilizing agents, germination activators and growth enhancers. Grandalisse, 148 Impasse vue du ciel, 69124 COLOMBIER SAUGNIEU+33 (0)4 37 47 20 20 ACTION FIELDS The GREEN ARMOR ® Process is characterised by a quick establishment of a vegetable and durably reinforced solution for areas prone to important leaching by run-off water or strong currents and where a simple vegetation cover would be insufficient. 3-Dimensional Reinforced Anti-Erosion Protection for the Long Term : The synergetic combination of a 3D GeoMat together with the projected fibre matrix or Flexible Growth Medium EURO-MAT FGM-ET allows for the establishment of a long-term anti-erosion protection against wind and water erosion. This process provides double protection and soil- stabilisation thanks to the GeoMat’s action and the accelerated intertwining of roots through the nylon filaments. Accelerates Germination: Its water retention capacity allows the seeds and seedlings to develop in a “controlled” environment where it concerns temperature and hydro stress, as temperature peaks are flatted out and evaporation/transpiration is being limited. The presence of germination activators and growth enhancers allows for quick establishment of the green cover. Resistance and Structural Integrity: The 3-D GeoMat is made of intertwined three-dimensional polyamide (PA6) filaments. In order to improve the cohesion of the GeoMat, all filaments are soldered at each contact point. This GeoMat provides a homogeneous reinforcement that is not bio-degradable, UV resistant and crush and shear resistant.
