Pasadena Green Ordinance
1. Retain the services of a LEED accredited professional
2. Complete LEED project registration prior to issuance of a building permit.
3. Submit a LEED checklist and supporting documentation indicating points meeting at a minimum LEED “certified” level incorporated into documentation
4. Indicate in the general notes and/or individual detail drawings, where feasible, the green building measures employed to attain the applicable LEED rating.
