Male in car reports he pursued the two "aggressively" in an attempt to end what he believed was an imminent assault. Driver that stated he had words with the involved male who then ran into 37 Union. Located Involved who was in need of medical attention (psychological).

Arrived and received no answer at this residence although tenant's vehicle was unsecured in the parking lot. Tenant found to be positive for warrants. Nothing appeared out of place. Determined it was likely the tenant wasn't answering her door due to the fact that she has warrants. Nobody else (many people outside) reported anything unusual.

Narrative: While on my previous call a male approached me shooken up stating that he just observed a silver sedan drive off the road I91 north in the construction area, observed lots of dust and lost sight of the vehicle. He feared it crashed.

Upon checking the area I was able to observe that there is a temporary road leading to the road below. I observed a fresh set of tire prints leading to the road below. I checked the water and surrounding area and did not observe any signs of an accident.
