MAYOR YOUNG TREATS KIDDIES TO CIRCUS

Many little hearts were made hap-py on Monday afternoon by Mayor Ansel V. Young as f i f t y children were the Mayor's guests at the cir-cus, with Mayor Young at the head of the long line of kiddies.
