『Reiki no Mori』 Forest of Reiki

Q7A website of Reiki school says that there is no such thing as Anshin Ritsumei (to complete one's mission in peaceful mind state) in Usui Sensei's teachings.  Is this true?  

A7I know some people claim that it was Koyama sensei or me who started Anshin Ritsumei.  But it is clearly written in 'Reiki Ryoho no Shiori' (a booklet given to only the member of Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai).  It seems they do not know about it.  Without the philosophy of Anshin Ritsumei, Usui Reiki could be just another hands-on treatment.
