Milpitas Square Milpitas, CA
Worked with the landowners over 17 years ago to put together the first and largest Asian
center in Northern California with several buildings size totaling 170,000 sq. ft. with anchors
99 Ranch Market and Mayflower Seafood Restaurant. There are an additional 60 tenants
offering retail, restaurants and financial services.
Handled the land sale of this 15-acre parcel, plus the rezoning, planning, city processing,
development and the leasing of this Center.
Fremont Times Square Fremont, CA
A 96,000 Sq. Ft. shopping center which was an unique for-sale retail condo project.
Includes a 30,000 Sq.Ft. building purchased by Marina Food as the major anchor,
and 3,000 Sq.Ft. leased by Hong Kong Chef (from Daly City).
The project was 80% sold out prior to groundbreaking.
