Tony’s extensive construction knowledge enables him to determine a project’s feasibility based on cost versusvalue, to help clients envision a project as a whole. He has also managed and negotiated complex contracts forclients and company-owned properties such as FedEx, Starbucks, Digital Home Technologies, Partex Industriesand Strategic Financial Services. From identifying, evaluating and negotiating commercial opportunities, todevelopment and construction consultation, Tony serves as a trusted advisor and advocate. He has built areputation as a hard-working and straightforward real estate professional who utilizes his experience andtalents to identify and close on prime opportunities for his clients. He is constantly studying market and lifestyle trendsin order to better understand the habits of the city of Chicago and it’s residents.

Prior to joining Jameson Commercial, Emanuel was an investment associate of Marcus & Millichap's NationalRetail Group and Net-Leased Properties Group specializing in retail and net-leased assets in the city andsuburbs. During his time at M&M, Emanuel honed his skills of property analysis and contract negotiation, as wellas, thoroughly and aggressively marketing properties.

Emanuel also draws from experience as an owner-operator of several restaurants and bars. As a restaurateur,Emanuel’s strengths include concept creation, site selection, permitting, construction oversight and promotions.All of these experiences have given Emanuel a profound understanding of business, management processes andmarketing.

Emanuel is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a host committee member of UrbanInitiatives, a non-profit organization that provides programs to Chicago Public Schools. He lives with his wifeand 2 sons in Chicago’s Wrigleyville neighborhood.
