1.0 INTRODUCTION;
In April and May of 1996, a program of linecutting and geophysical
surveys was carried out on the WMW Property held by
Harley Walton, 1438 Lakeshore Road, New Liskeard, Ontario. The
linecutting and geophysical work was supervised and reported on by
by David Laronde of Meegwich Consultants Inc. P.O. Box 482,
Temagami, Ontario POH 2HO.
Linecutting: A total of 8.4 km of linecutting was done from a 1.6
km long baseline running at an azimuth of O degrees. All 8.4 km
of lines were surveyed with total Held magnetics.
2.0 PROPERTY;
The property consists of one 4 unit claim numbered 1205652 for a
total area of 64 hectares or 160 acres. The property is on the
boundary of Lundy and Hudson Twp.
3.0 LOCATION AND ACCESS;
The property is situated in Lot 12 Concession III of Hudson
Township in the Larder Lake mining division (NTS 32 M/12). The

claim is situated 16 km due west of the town of NewLiskeard,
Ontario which is about 500 km north of Toronto.
Year round road access to the property from New Liskeard is by
taking the Twin Lakes road south from Hwy 65 at the small town of
Hillview.
4.0 GEOLOGIC SETTING;
The property is underlain by Gowganda Formation (Firstbrook
member) and Nipissing quartz diabase. The Cross Lake Fault passes
3.5 km to the northeast of the property.
5.0 MAGNETOMETER SURVEY;
A total of 8.40 km was surveyed (672 readings) at 12.5 meter
stations on lines spaced at 100 meters.
5.1 Instrumentation: A Scintrex IGS-2 unit, MP-4 Serial no.
8707309 was used for the survey. A base station was set up near
the property to monitor and correct for the diurnal variation during
the course of the survey. These instruments are micro-processor

based and measure the earth's total magnetic Held to an accuracy of
one-tenth of a gamma.
5.2 Survey Results: The results are presented in profile form on
plans at 1:5000 scale.
The results of the survey indicate two different levels of background
which relates directly to the two different rock types that underly the
property. The shift in levels is located near the south boundary of
the claim on L 400 N.
There are several isolated, circular highs in the north portion of the
grid while the southern end of the grid appears homogeneous in
nature.
6.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS;
The contact between the sediments and the diabase is evident and
noted in the southern portion of the grid. Isolated highs in the north
section may be the result of magnetite or other magnetic minerals in
concentric configurations.

It is recommended that a geochemistry program be considered to
reveal evidence of economic mineralization.
