HOW IT’S WORK

The Earth-Rite RTR ( Road Tanker Recognition ) is the most advantage system designed to dissipate static electricity

from tankers undergoing the loading and unloading of flammable or explosive material, operates using “Tri Mode”

technology which uses the electrical capacitance of the road tankers to ensure the presence of an affective static

earth point to which the road tanker is connected. It also monitors that the clamp is connected to a road tanker

rather than directly to earthed structures or isolated items of metal.

Once permissive, the system continuous to monitor the resistive loop circuit from tanker to the static point, pulsing

LEDs confirm ground condition and energize its pair of free volt change over contacts to engage the pump.

MONITORING POINT UP TO 8 CHANNELS

The Earth-Rite Multipoint system maintains operator safety at all times by ensuring that all parts of the equipment

are connected together to ground by using a unique intrinsically safe monitoring with individual indication, supplying

the monitoring system for a single supply which may be used to monitor up to 8 potentially isolated conductive

components on processing separate points by ensuring that all parts the equipment are connected together and to

ground by using a unique intrinsically safe monitoring system. Typical application include fluid bed dryers, pipe work,

conveying system, mixers and filling equipments. Interlock output dry free contacts is provided as standard.

The system provides permissive output when the earth loop resistance of each utilized channel is less than 10 ohms

as recommended in various international standards for control of undesirable static electricity.
