Intervals of cardio and resistance work. Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba® “pool party,” the Aqua Zumba program gives new meaning to the idea of a refreshing workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Hydro Dynamics. Dynamic moves in the water that will raise your heart rate and shape your body. Hydro Happy Hour. NEW! An hour of mixed cardio, dance, pilates, yoga and strength all while having the beneft of the water resistance. Whole Water Works. Choreographed combinations, high-intensity intervals, and toning ... this class gives you the works! Master Swim. Instructor-led swim workout. All levels welcome. TAB-Aqua. Work through sequences of high-intensity anaerobic intervals paired with recovery periods – all in the water! Perfect for beginners through the seasoned athlete. CYCLING Biking for Beginners. NEW! An introductory class for those eager to discover their inner athlete as they learn the basics of cycling. Power Cycle. A group cycling class consisting of a challenging, 60-minute ride. A workout that will surely leave you addicted! (Raw Power in Motion). The stationary cycling phenomenon from down under. RPM is group fun to great music! 50 minutes. Extended. Our RPM class with two extra tracks! 60 minutes. Power Cycle 45. This 45-minute class will introduce indoor cycling to new riders, including bike set up and technique, while keeping more seasoned riders challenged and motivated. Power Cycle 90.
